Shipping method: Fastbox

All shipping fee will be calculated based on the destination rate.

Shipping fee will vary for all other countries depending on package weight and destination.

Basically, bundle shipment and separate shipment are not available by request. However, in randomly, bundle shipment for different orders (if recent orders have the same address and recipient information) might be available by shipping circumstance without former notice.

Products will only be shipped after payment has been made.  Shipping will take 7-10 business days (for in-stock items).

Shipping may take longer for some items.  The tracking information may take 2-3 days to be available.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination.  All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.  

If the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the products will be returned to Korea and will not be shipped again.  All related costs (return shipping, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
